HYDRAULIC PRESSES

Jain Engineers are involved in design and manufacturing of hydraulic presses as per customer requirements. Our wide range of Hydraulic Presses can be used for almost every forming operation. The capacity ranging from 2 to 200 tons with wide range of strokes, bolster size in single, double & triple action. Every product undergoes quality test right from the purchase of the raw material right up to every stage of manufacturing to ensure that, the right product reaches the users on time. Jain Engineers is not merely a supplier of hydraulic systems but also closely associated with the users to develop innovative solutions to meet engineering challenges & give synergistic effect to the product.

CREEP, UNIVERSAL TESTING & AXIAL FATIGUE TESTING MACHINES

We design and manufacture a high quality test rigs for educational and research purpose. Creep Test Rig are designed to carry out constant load & stress rupture tests for metallic specimens at temperatures upto 800 degree centigrade in accordance to ASTM E139. These tests can run from only a few hours up to and exceeding 10000 hours. Servo Control Universal Test Machines and Axial Fatigue Test Rigs are designed and manufactured upto a capacity of 200kN and 400kN respectively. This machines are used to carry out tensile tests, compression tests and fatigue tests as per ASTM standards.

TABLE TOP CNC MACHINE & RESIDUAL STRESS MEASUREMENT UNIT

We design and manufacture a high quality of Table Top CNC Milling Machine for educational and research purpose. The machine can cut, engrave or drill materials like Plastics, PCBs, Carbon Fibre and light metals like aluminium, copper and brass. It can also engrave metals like stainless steel, mild steel, silver or Aluminium. The CNC milling machine can be used for educating & training purpose.
