Dry Agitator Mechanical Seals (JE-19X Series)

Oil seals will lead to wear out of the shaft at rubber contact place resulting in bearing failure dueto oil leakage at gearbox and expensive downtime. With Bearing Isolators installation, one canreduce maintenance costs and increase the life of the shaft. The Bearing Isolator is a two partdynamic seal consisting of a stator and a rotor attached to the shaft. The rotor and stator forma non - contacting compound labyrinth seal with no wearing parts – ensuring permanent protection.

Agitator Drive Assembly

We design and manufacturer wide range of agitator drive assemblies with mechanical seals. These agitators are widely used for high viscous media, gentle mixing and work upto speed of 400 rpm. We supply the agitator drive assembly with mechanical seal for fermentators for capacity ranging from of 2 litres to 1500 litres.

Thermosyphon system
Thermosyphon system is basically used as a storage unit, which is used to provide a flow of cooling media to the mechanical seal at the required pressure. This system is used for double mechanical seals in back to back or tandem seal arrangement to provide required lubrication to seal faces and increase the life of the mechanical seal. The equipment consists of cooling coils inside the shell to reduce the temperature of lubricating fluid. The system is available in various API standards as per the requirement of customer.

Cyclone separators
Cyclone separators are typically used in an API Plan 31 arrangement and incorporated in the seal flush line (API Plan 11) from the discharge of the pump. They are installed between pump discharge and seal flushing port line to protect mechanical seals to come in direct contact with abrasive and solid particles.

Rotary Unions
Rotary joints are used for the leak proof transfer of various fluids, steam, hot and cooling water, air and hydraulic oil and gases to and from the rotating machinery.
