RECONDITIONING OF MECHANICAL SEALS

We are able to evaluate worn-out mechanical seals and refurbish them quickly, economically and give them second life. We repair all types of Mechanical Seals from all seal manufacturers including but not limited to Eagle Burgmann, John Crane, Flowserve, Chesterton, AES, Flex-A-Seal, Jain Seals etc.
All refurbished mechanical seals are cleaned, inspected for factory tolerance, receive new faces if required (otherwise lapped), new springs, new elastomeric (rubber boot or O-rings), new set screws, new setting clips (if a cartridge seal), lapped to industry standards (2-3 light bands) assembled re-inspected and shipped to customers.
